Ross started his career in public accounting as a tax intern and later worked in audit with a variety of clients at RSM. Since joining CustomOne CFO & Controllers in 2021, he has served as Controller for several non-profit organizations in Des Moines, Iowa. He has helped businesses improve their bottom line through budgeting, cash-flow modeling, and financial reporting.

Ross earned his CPA license in 2021 and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Northern Iowa with a B.A. in Accounting in 2019.
