Rick has spent his career working for medium to large private and public corporations, most recently with Wells Fargo. He has 40 years of experience leading accounting, operations, technology and change management functions. Much of Rick’s career has been spent working in the financial services industry. In addition to leading accounting and finance functions, he held the positions of CIO and COO for ITS, Inc, a local electronic funds transfer company. He subsequently spent 17 years as a leader at Wells Fargo in the mortgage division where he led the implementation and growth of change leadership activities including major technology projects, process engineering efforts, operations, and strategy development and implementation.

Rick is also very involved in the non-profit space, including volunteer efforts and participating as a board member with multiple local non-profit organizations.

Rick holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Iowa State University.
