Rich started his career in public accounting with Ernst and Young, focusing on audit activities primarily in the insurance industry. Prior to joining CustomOne CFO & Controllers in 2022, Rich spent nearly two decades in the manufacturing industry, serving as VP of Finance and Operations among other roles.

Rich holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Iowa State University.
