Mike is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of public and private accounting experience. His background includes three years of public accounting in audit and tax functions.
Mike served 15 years as CFO for one of the largest truck parts distributors in the Midwest where he has proven his talents in financial management, business leadership and strategy, and operations to produce consistent bottom-line results.

Mike holds a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa.
