David began his career in public accounting with Brooks Lodden, P.C. where he specialized in audit and tax services, primarily working with non-profits, family-owned businesses, and financial institutions. Before joining CustomOne CFO & Controllers in 2024, David spent 18 years as a Vice President of Finance, Accounting, and Trust Operations, among other roles at a financial institution.

David graduated with honors from Iowa State University with a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Finance.
